Richard - Owner

Owner/operator Richard has been in the business for over 20 yrs. Starting off as a helper on a fence truck eventually making his way into access control and now a business owner. No matter how much time passes Richard never loses his desire to provide the customer with the best experience possible. Richard holds certifications in analytics and is currently working on his marketing degree. He remains dedicated in learning how to provide his clients with the services they need.

Richard has over 40 years in the field and his experience and knowledge is a huge asset to our company. Many parts now discontinued are still working in the field, although many new technicians have no idea how to work on them and therefore will pass on a call to service one of these motors. Here at A1 one of our best attributes is the extensive knowledge we have of new and used parts.

Aime, an EMS tech for 10 years now brings her real world fast paced management skills to our team and helps keep the office and project schedule running smoothly.
